Rwanda Revenue Authority, Ministry buildings, commercial banks, and many professional services firms. Kigali City Tower is the main commercial skyscraper. Public parking available but crowded. A driver helps significantly in this area.
Kiyovu
Embassies, international organisations, some NGO headquarters. Quieter than the city centre, easier to park. Most bilateral embassy meetings happen here.
Kimihurura
Norrsken House, Impact Hub, many international NGO offices, and upscale restaurants for business dinners. The most internationally-oriented neighbourhood in Kigali.
KG 2 Roundabout / Convention Centre Area
The Kigali Convention Centre, Radisson Blu, and multiple conference hotels. Most major international conference activity is concentrated here. 15-25 minutes from the airport.
